Scoring Records for The Players Championship

What are the lowest scores recorded in The Players Championship for nine holes, 18 holes, 36 holes, 54 holes and 72 holes? All those tournament scoring records follow.

The Players Championship is the tournament many golf fans refer to as "the fifth major." It is played annually on The Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass, a golf course not noted for yielding a lot of low scores. But there have been some low scores over the years, and more of them are happening lately.

(The tournament was not always played at TPC Sawgrass. But all tournament-record scores that follow were achieved on The Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass unless otherwise noted.)
