Notes: The 1968 Curtis Cup was one of the most closely contested to this point. Team GB&I held a one-point lead after Day 1's play, but in the first session on Day 2 Team USA took 2.5 of the three available foursomes points to move ahead.

The singles matches were particularly well-played: Seven of the 12 singles ended in either a halved match, or a 1-up score to the victor.

In the final singles session on Day 2, Peggy Conley, Mary Lou Dill and Phyllis Preuss won the final three matches for the U.S., producing the final 3-point margin of victory.
