Notes: Team USA dominated, winning all four sessions at the 1966 Curtis Cup. The 8-point margin of victory (13 to 5) was the largest in tournament history to date, but this was only the second Cup using the 18-match format (Curtis Cups prior to 1964 had only nine matches).

Angela Ward Bonallack made the last of her six appearances for Team GB&I.

For team USA, Barbara Fay White Boddie played in only two Cups, and this was the second. But following this Cup, she held the Curtis Cup record (since surpassed) for most matches won with seven.
