2021 Masters Tournament

The 2021 Masters Tournament will be the 85th time this event, one of the four major championships of men's professional golf, is played. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the tournament will be played with limited in-person attendance, resulting in much smaller crowds than usual.

Dates: April 8-11, 2021
Golf course: Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia
Defending champion: Dustin Johnson won the 2020 Masters by five strokes over runners-up Sung-jae Im and Cameron Smith, finishing at 20-under 268. You can also view the full list of past winners and all tournament scores.

Something new this year: Lee Elder will join Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player for the honorary starters tradition.

2021 Masters Tournament Week

  • Monday, April 5: Practice rounds
  • Tuesday, April 6: Practice rounds, Champions Dinner
  • Wednesday, April 7: Par-3 Contest, practice rounds
  • Thursday, April 8: Ceremonial opening drives, first round of tournament play
  • Friday, April 9: Second round, followed by the cut
  • Saturday, April 10: Third round
  • Sunday, April 11: Fourth (final) round, Green Jacket ceremony and trophy presentation
