18-Hole Scoring Record on the Ladies European Tour

The golfer who currently holds the 18-hole scoring record on the Ladies European Tour set that record en route to winning a major championship. If you're going to set a scoring record, it's quite a bonus to do so in a major.

That record-holder is Haeran Ryu, who scored 60 in the third round of the 2026 Evian Championship. That 60 was the first one in Ladies European Tour (LET) history, and it gave Ryu a three-stroke lead following the third round. She wound up winning the major championship in a playoff.

It wasn't just an LET record. Ryu's 60 also established a new 18-hole scoring record for women's majors. And although it wasn't an LPGA Tour record, that same 60 got Ryu onto the list of lowest 18-hole scores in LPGA history.

The List: Lowest Rounds in LET History

  • 60 — Haeran Ryu (11-under), 2026 Amundi Evian Championship, third round, won tournament
  • 61 — Kirsty Taylor (11-under), 2005 Wales Ladies Championship, first round, won tournament
  • 61 — Nina Reis (11-under), 2008 Goteborg Masters, fourth round, finished second
  • 61 — Karrie Webb (11-under), 2010 ANZ Ladies Masters, fourth round, won tournament
  • 61 — So Yeon Ryu (11-under), 2012 Gold Coast RACV Ladies Masters, second round, tied for second place
  • 61 — Lydia Ko (11-under), 2015 ISPS Handa New Zealand Open, second round, won tournament
  • 61 — Jessica Korda (11-under), 2022 Aramco Team Series – Sotogrande, first round, tied for second place
  • 61 — Alison Lee (11-under), 2023 Aramco Team Series – Riyadh, first round, won tournament
  • 61 — Alison Lee (11-under), 2023 Aramco Team Series – Riyadh, second round, won tournament
Haeran Ryu had the first 60 in LET history, and Kirsty Taylor had the first 61. Who had the first 62? Felicity Johnson in the 2008 Goteborg Masters. But the first 62 in LET history didn't even set a record because Taylor's 61 had already happened.

A couple more notes about the list above: Six of the golfers listed won their respective tournaments, and none finished lower than tied for second place. One of those second-place finishers was Jessica Korda in the 2022 Aramco Series Sotogrande tournament, a tournament won by her sister Nelly.

When Lydia Ko carded her 61 in the 2015 New Zealand Open, she was still just 17 years old. But it was her 10th professional win. And one golfer makes the list twice, with two 61s in the same tournament: Alison Lee, in the 2023 Aramco Series Riyadh tournament, had back-to-back 61s in the first and second rounds. Needless to say, her 122 total for those two rounds is also the LET record for 36 holes.
