LPGA Volunteers of America Classic Golf Tournament

The Volunteers of America Classic was an LPGA Tour golf tournament that was played in the Dallas, Texas, area 11 times from the early 2010s into the early 2020s. The tournament name often included "Texas Shootout" or "North Texas Shootout," and sometimes was shortened by fans and media to "VOA Classic."

Last played: 2023

The only multiple champion was Inbee Park, who won the inaugural tournament in 2013 and then won again in 2015. The largest margin of victory was Stacy Lewis' six strokes in 2014.

The VOA Classic's 72-hole scoring record was 266 (18-under), first achieved by Cheyenne Knight in her 2019 victory, and matched by champion Charley Hull in 2022. The event's 18-hole scoring record of 63 was first established by Dori Carter in 2017. Stephanie Meadow, Jin Young Ko and Lilia Vu matched it, and Knight carded two 63s, first in 2022 and again in 2023.

There was only one playoff in the tournament's 11 years. In 2017, it took until the sixth hole of a sudden-death playoff before Haru Nomura defeated Cristie Kerr.
