Notes: One year after Padraig Harrington won this tournament by one stroke over runner-up Stewart Cink, he won the tournament again with Cink as the second-place finisher. But in the 2026 U.S. Senior Open, Harrington closed with a 66 to produce a winning margin of four strokes.
It was Harrington's third U.S. Senior Open victory (he also won in 2019). He became just the second three-time champion in this tournament, tying Miller Barber's record for wins. He also joined Barber as one of four golfers to this point in the tournament's history to win the USSO in back-to-back years.
