1991 World Golf Rankings: No. 1, Top 50 at End of Year

Who was the No. 1 player in men's golf at the end of 1991? Which golfers finished the year ranked the highest in the Official World Golf Ranking? Below is the year-end list of 1991's top-ranked golfers.

Ian Woosnam was ranked No. 1 at the end of the year after earning what would be his only two career wins on the PGA Tour: The USF&G Classic and the 1991 Masters Tournament. Woosnam also won twice on the European Tour at the Mediterranean Open and Monte Carlo Open, and was the individual champion at the 1991 World Cup.
