Who is Michelle Wie dating? Nobody, anymore: On August 10, 2019, Wie and boyfriend-turned-fiancé-turned husband got married. Wie's husband comes from basketball royalty. Her most well-known past boyfriend was also a basketball player. And her college boyfriend? A 7-footer who played in the NBA.

Michelle Wie's Husband

Wie is married to Jonnie West. He is the son of basketball legend and Hall of Famer Jerry West, one of the all-time greats of the NBA. Wie herself revealed the coupling when she shared this photo on Instagram:

"Got to spend the last couple of days with my ❤️" Wie wrote on the post. Her friends chimed in with comments:

• Hally Leadbetter: "Moment of silence for all the 💔s."
• Genie Bouchard: "This is a very large step"
• Ashley Mayo: "Officiaaaallllllllllllllll!!!!!! 😘😘"

Danielle Kang, Amanda Balionis, Kira Kazantsev, Rickie Fowler and Callaway Golf, among many others, chimed in to applaud the outed couple. West? He made his own Instagram account private.

Who is Jonnie West? He's currently the Director of Basketball Operations for the Golden State Warriors. He was 29 years old when he and Wie began dating, and he is a golfer: West plays frequently with Warriors star Steph Curry and caddied for Curry at the 2018 Web.com Ellie Mae Classic.

At the time they got married, West was 31 years old and Wie was 29.

On March 10, 2019, Wie announced through an Instagram post that the couple had taken a huge step: West proposed to Wie, and Wie accepted. They were engaged to be married: West upgraded from boyfriend to fiancé at that point.

And their wedding? Remarkably, they kept that secret from the general public until the day after it happened. It wasn't publicly revealed until Wie's good friend Danielle Kang shared this photo on Instagram:

Kang's caption included this: "Mr. & Mrs. West ♥️ congratulations to the beautiful couple and what a fairytale of a wedding."

The next big step in West and Wie's relationship: children. Kid number one, a daughter, was born on June 19, 2020.

Wie's Known Past Boyfriends

For such a public figure, Wie has kept her dating life mostly to herself. Back in 2016, though, and again through an Instagram post, she revealed that at that time she was dating Adam Zahn:

Zahn, who was 32 years old in 2016, and Wie had been dating for a couple years, going back at least to 2014. Zahn played his college hoops at the University of Oregon. He measures in at 6-foot-8. And while he never achieved an NBA career, he did see the world playing pro basketball. Zahn, who now lives in California, played professionally in a league in Japan, and even one in Iraq, in addition to spending some time in the D-League.

The couple split up shortly after Wie posted the first photo above.

Wie's College Boyfriend

The third basketball player in Wie's dating history is Robin Lopez, the 7-footer who has played for years in the NBA. Wie and Lopez attended Stanford University at the same time, Robin playing on the Cardinal hoops squad with his twin brother Brook Lopez (also an NBA player for many years).
