Big Break Greenbrier was a television series that aired on the Golf Channel in 2012. It was the 18th season in the network's The Big Break franchise. Taping took place at The Greenbrier resort in West Virginia in June 2012. The first episode aired on Oct. 2, 2012.

The series champion was Mark Silvers. Silvers defeated James Lepp in the championship match. The victory earned Silvers an exemption into the PGA Tour's 2013 Greenbrier Classic, where he missed the cut with a 36-hole score of 2-over par.
